CoronaVirus Update

Dear Valued Genesis Customer,


We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and I want to provide you with an update on how Genesis is ensuring our ability to meet your needs at this challenging time. 

Genesis has taken significant steps to assure that services to you continue uninterrupted while working diligently to safeguard the health of our employees, customers and vendors during the COVID-19 situation. 

Specifically, here is how we are managing this situation:
 

 To limit exposure, our team is ready to take your orders via phone or email, and continue to make deliveries to your job sites with increased hygiene procedures
All in-person meetings and events have been post-poned for the foreseeable future and all non-Genesis personnel will be asked to refrain from entering the building 
As part of our regular operations, we have increased the cleaning and sanitization of the warehouse environment
For our employees, we have banned all non-essential, work-related travel and have instructed our teams to send home anyone who is not feeling well, or has family members who aren’t feeling well

While limiting risk, we are not limiting our service to you. We are actively communicating with manufactuer reps, managing our supply chain and inventory levels, and will continue to provide up-to-date communication regarding our efforts.

As a family oriented company, the safety and security of our employees, partners and customers is of the upmost importance. We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for all.
